You can customize message text, background and text colors, CTA button text and link, close button visibility, sticky/scroll behavior, auto-close duration, page targeting (show only on specific URLs), widget scheduling (start and end date/time with timezone), and persistent dismissal (remember if a visitor already closed the widget).

Yes, your dashboard shows a live view count for each widget. Free plan users see a progress bar tracking usage toward the 500-view monthly limit. Click-through rate tracking and full analytics graphs are on our roadmap.
